Summary
- No on-site tracking: This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels.
- No user accounts: We do not provide logins on this site.
- Payments (if enabled): If you pay us through Stripe-hosted pages or invoices, Stripe collects and processes your payment data directly; we do not receive full card numbers or CVV. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Privacy Center.
What we collect
When you browse this site, we aim to collect nothing beyond basic server logs generated by our hosting provider (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability.
If you email us, we receive the information you send (e.g., name, email, company, project details) and use it only to respond or perform services.
Payments and Stripe
If we enable card/wallet payments, Stripe acts as our processor and, for certain activities, as an independent controller. Stripe may collect identifiers and device/technical data for fraud prevention and compliance. Stripe shares limited payment metadata back to us (e.g., last4, expiry, payment outcome) for reconciliation and support; we do not store full card PAN/CVV. See Stripe’s policy and FAQs.
Stripe also lets you view links to our Terms and Privacy on Checkout pages; we keep these URLs up to date in Stripe’s settings.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries / providing services: Contract or legitimate interests.
- Payments / invoicing / refunds: Contract and legal obligations; Stripe may process additional data for fraud prevention and network rules under its Services Agreement.
- Security and reliability: Legitimate interests (server logs and abuse prevention).
Sharing
- Service providers: Hosting and email vendors acting on our instructions.
- Stripe: Payment processing and related compliance/fraud activities as described in Stripe’s own notices.
- Legal: Disclosures required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
We may process information across New Zealand, the United States, South Africa, and other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses). Stripe explains its international transfers in its privacy materials.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence, contracts, and billing records as needed for business, tax, and legal obligations. Payment records are retained consistent with financial recordkeeping laws and Stripe’s processes.
